Kaivac Helps Sergeant Clean Up Fairfax County Adult Detention Center

In his 24 years as a Fairfax County Deputy Sheriff, Sgt. Wayne Miller has faced a variety of challenges; as a Squad Officer, a Civil Enforcement Officer and a Property Officer responsible for seized contraband and narcotics. Yet, in many ways, he discovered his most daunting assignment came when he was assigned to supervise the Facility Services Section of the county's Adult Detention Center.
