OmniFlex™ Dispense-and-VacOmniFlex™ can be easily transformed into a high-performance Dispense-and-Vac system, providing an extremely effective, low-cost solution to cleaning and maintaining floors. Simply add the optional OmniFlex™ Wet/Dry Vac to the Trolley-Bucket and you’re ready to go. Just open the spigot and apply fresh cleaning solution to the floor, spread and lightly brush into grout lines, and then vacuum the soils and liquid away. Floors are clean and dry. The process is significantly better, faster and safer than cleaning with a mop.

Improving Floor Safety
When floors are not maintained properly, they're not only unsightly; they can become dangerously slick and unsanitary. This is especially true in environments that are subjected to significant volumes of soil, grease and persistent moisture such as food service establishments, public restrooms, industrial settings and more.
Not surprisingly, poorly maintained floors are a leading cause of slip-and-fall accidents. According to the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), 55% of all slip-and-fall accidents are directly related to the floor surface. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) identified floors and flooring materials as direct contributors to more than 2 million slip-and-fall injuries each year. And, a single claim can cost an establishment tens of thousands of dollars.
Mop Failure
Thoroughly removing contaminants from floors not only helps protect [human] health, but promotes floor safety as well. This level of floor safety is hard to achieve using conventional floor care methods such as mops and buckets. In fact, it almost always makes matters worse.
Many kitchen and restroom floors are constructed of porous red or gray quarry tile. Over time, grease, soils and soap can actually fill the pores and bond to the tiles. This greasy build up creates a hazardous film barrier between the soles of the shoe and the floor surface, degrading slip resistance. During mopping, a relatively small amount of cleaning solution is applied, and dwell time is limited, making it difficult to remove or emulsify the soils. Already saturated mop fibers are incapable of absorbing the liquid and soils, and essentially add to the slippery coating. Plus, the moment a mop is wrung into the bucket, the solution becomes contaminated.
Grout lines add to the problem. Soils absorbed by the porous grout stand little chance of being removed. Worse, the tile edges actually squeegee contaminants from the mop's fibers into the grout line. When the water evaporates, impurities, mineral deposits, soap scum and grease penetrate and coat the grout.
Soil Removal Provides High Traction
For nearly 15 years, Kaivac has been helping facilities maintain clean, safe and healthy floors that keep their employees safe and their customers coming back.
Kaivac's science-based systems incorporate the latest soil removal technology that actually improves traction and slip resistance. In fact, Kaivac's No-Touch Cleaning® and OmniFlex™ Crossover Cleaning systems have been certified by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) as providing 'High Traction.' In addition, scientific studies show them to be 60 times more effective at reducing bacterial contamination than mops.

ATP is the primary energy transfer molecule present in all living biological cells on Earth. ATP cannot be produced or maintained by anything but a living organism, and as such, its measurement is a direct indication of biological activity.

It’s with good reason that the most effective delivery method for biological warfare weapons is via aerosol suspensions: finely divided droplets or powders containing bacteria may be carried by air currents for long distances spreading their contamination as they are inhaled or fall on surfaces to be picked up later by touch.
