Information
KaiMotion Flex is a complete multipurpose microfiber system for fast, hygienic ergo-mopping and flawless waxing. Perfect for floors, flat surfaces and touch points, KaiMotion Flex minimizes the possibility of spreading soils and bio-pollution. Plus, it delivers a rapid return on investment by reducing labor and chemical costs while eliminating the need for unnecessary equipment.
Self-Dispensing Trolley-Bucket
The combination trolley-bucket accommodates up to five bins along with an assortment of tools and supplies making it a high capacity mobile cleaning system.
The 10 gallon bucket can transport a variety of liquids or cleaning supplies. Plus, its self-dispensing design and variable spigot enable precise application of stripper, floor finish, gym finish, and fresh cleaning solution in a precise manner.
Fresh Solution Reduces the Risk of Cross-Contamination
The self-dispensing solution tank ensures that custodians use only fresh, clean solution. Since the pads never enter the solution tank, the solution remains fresh for more effective cleaning and fewer closet trips. Simply changing to a clean microfiber pad removes the soil and minimizes the possibility of spreading soils and contamination.
No-Splash Design
Built-in splash stops inside the reservoir prevent sloshing and spilling during sudden turns, stops and while going over bumps. These barriers dissipate the waves that are common in mop buckets to provide an ultra-smooth ride.
Interlocking Bins
KaiMotion Flex includes lightweight, semi-transparent plastic bins that can be used either with or without the trolley/reservoir. Each bin is equipped with a handle and tight fitting lid and is designed with feet for stable nesting in another bin's lid. And, the bins include interlocking hooks for easy coupling. Plus, quick connecting casters provide instant mobility. As a result, the bins can be used with the trolley, standalone, stacked, carried, or even strung together.
Easy Dump Feature
The front corners of the trolley have built-in pour spouts and rims to easily hook onto the front of a toilet for dumping residual solution, lightening the load when lifting by up to two-thirds.
Worker-Focused Ergonomics
The ergo mop handle and swivel pad frame work together to provide a rhythmic method of movement that utilizes the stronger leg and hip muscles, reducing back strain and fatigue. Adjustable-length handle and padded grip for comfort. No more back bending.
Combining the Old with the New
An optional heavy duty down-pressure wringer is available for conventional mopping procedures. And, for workers who want to be ready for both conventional and flat mopping, two bins can also be mounted sideways in front of the wringer.

The KaiMotion Flex system is perfect for climbing stairs and loading into vehicles. Also, its lightweight bins can be easily removed, connected or separated, making them ideal for transporting up stairs, between buildings or across town. They can also be stored and stacked in vehicles, closets and store rooms.
Flawless Waxing
The KaiMotion system is designed for flawless floor waxing and finishing, saving on costly redos. Precise solution flow control and smooth application from the ergonomic handle and microfiber pad work together to provide a level coat of finish with no bubbles or streaks.
Washable Microfiber Pads
Synthetic fibers lift and trap 7 times their weight in dirt and moisture. Use wet or dry to combine multiple cleaning chores. Uses up to 90% less cleaning solution. Launder pads 300 to 500 times before replacement.
