KaiSan II is a concentrated no-rinse Hospital Use disinfectant cleaner that is perfect for finished surfaces. It disinfects, cleans and deodorizes in one labor saving step. Its ph-neutral phosphate-free formulation effectively cleans, deodorizes and disinfects areas of importance in controlling cross-contamination. It is a complete chemically balanced non-acid disinfectant/sanitizer that rinses freely, leaving behind no grit or soap scum. KaiSan II may be applied through Kaivac No-Touch Cleaning® systems, spray bottles, automatic washing systems, immersion tanks, foaming apparatus, low-pressure sprayers, and fogging systems.
KaiSan II is designed as a one-step disinfectant cleaner that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria. It is virucidal (including COVID-19, HIV-1 (AIDS virus), Hepatitis B and C, Avian/Bird Flu, and more) while inhibiting bacterial growth on moist surfaces. It also deodorizes by killing odor-causing microorganisms. Able to cut through grease and grime, it doubles as an excellent cleaner that leaves restrooms, kitchens, and other areas smelling fresh and free of contaminants.
KaiSan II is best for washable hard non-porous surfaces and addresses numerous applications such as: finished floors, toilets, urinals, empty diaper pails, portable and chemical toilets and latrine buckets, porcelain tile and restroom fixtures, food contact surfaces, food preparation and storage areas, sinks, finished floors, walls, countertops, shower stalls, shower doors and curtains, bathtubs and glazed tiles, chrome plated intakes, glass, metal, stainless steel, glazed porcelain, glazed ceramic, granite, marble, plastic (such as polystyrene or polypropylene), sealed limestone, sealed slate, sealed stone, sealed terra cotta, sealed terrazzo, chrome and vinyl, tables, chairs, waste receptacles as well as many other hard non-porous surfaces.
Using approved AOAC test methods (under Good Laboratory Practices, [GLP’s]), in the presence of 400 ppm hard water, 5% serum load and 10 minutes contact time and at 2 oz/gal dilution, this product is effective against the following organisms on hard non-porous inanimate surfaces:
